Treat colleagues and clients with kindness, thoughtfulness, respect, and without judgment
- Provide no medical diagnosis or treatment
- Honor your agreements
- Strive to provide the best care possible
- If unable to fulfill agreement do your best to find a replacement
- In case of illness or emergency have a plan in place for clients

Grievance

Grievance occurs when client or doula have concerns with baby welfare, postpartum care, or doula not following code of conduct or ethics

Complaints should be sent to yayadoulahood@gmail.com explaining the situation, who was involved, when, and where, the incident occured

All parties will be contacted to gather information
-
A mutual resolution will happen to the best of our ability
